I'm looking for some information about server and don't see it, maybe it's only in rusian so I will ask here and hope get answers.

What are the caps on this server? SSI, DI, SDI, LMC, MI, etc on pvp and pvm?
Are tokunos artifacts activated?
have an acumulated chance to artifacts in doom, tokuno, paragons?
Does luck work on loot items? in chance to get artifacts?

1. Honestly, i haven't see this information even on the russian forum. But they must be OSI like

4. Luck is one of the main requirements that raises your chance to get good item or artifact.

SSI u can do up to 60
LMC 40 , DI 100, SDI 15 , HPI is capped at 25 - IN PVP

In PVM SDI dont have any cap so u can reach 100 and more if u can ....

In osi, they put a system to balance artifacts, every time u have a chance to get artifact and u don't it keeps and being plus to the next one, and next one.. until you get one artifact, then it comes to 0 and start again, so u know u will get it at the end, this works on tokuno, paragons and mondains and doom gauntlet.
