Account Sharing

I play with dynamic IP and I am worried that this violates rule number 5 about accounts.

Also I am moving place soon and I am worried that I might get my accounts banned.

Could someone explain me how this works since its not clear in the server rules and I dont understand the support page?

Don't worry about it. 70-80% of our players are playing with dynamic IP. You will never be banned only for it (you also will not be blocked, if you give access to your account to a friend, for example (but we strongly do not recommend doing this)). This rule is never used by itself, only in combination with other rules (for example - account hacking etc.).
