Viable Inscription PvP Template?

Hi

I have been looking around the internet for viable builds using inscription. Scribe-Macer comes up often, but I am sure that is not the only viable pvp application?

I would like to have 100 Inscription, 120 Magery, and at least 100 Evaluate Intelligence. I have been looking at Mysticism for Spell Plague but I have other builds I can work that into. Spellweaving also looks good. But I would be open to any builds that use those three skills. I would like to use him to craft spellbooks as well and the 120 magery helps for bonus properties.

Making use of the Spell Reflection, Reactive Amrour, and Protection buffs from inscription would be great. Was looking at Scribe Macer for this and if it is viable with 120 magery I will take it as a build. But open to other options.
